How is the regular roulette triggered in Tekken 6 PSP? I have only seen it once and I've no idea how I got it.

It appears at random. You can see if there's gonna be a roulette after the battle during the battle itself; the upper left corner (if you're P1) will flash red. In T5, it was necessary to win the battle in order for the Roulette to activate, I don't think that's necessary in T6, but I'm not entirely sure. It isn't in online mode but it might be in Ghost Battle.

You get roulette more if you have a positive win loss ratio! I get Roulette alot when I play as Lili 'cause I've only lost with her once and she is 1st dan ^^ *acts proud of self*

Based on what?
Have you tested it?
how often did it appear with characters that had a low win/loss ratio vs. those with a high ratio?
