Does anybody knows how to get the rage effect? and what does it do? :?

It leaves a "movement trail" of your character's fists and feet during Rage. You get them randomly by lining up three treasure chests in super roulette (the thing that activates when your third slot in a regular roulette is the "lucky" bar).
